Job Description

Mon to Fri Morning shift 07:00 am-03:30 pm 08:00 am to 04:30 pm Specific Accountabilities: 1. Inspect all incoming raw materials for defects in workmanships. 2. Inspect all incoming assemblies for defects in mechanical or electrical operation where applicable. 3. Inspect products during the manufacturing process for early detection of failures/non- conformances. 4. Inspect all finished goods for defects in operation/workmanship. Ensure all finished goods placed in inventory are packaged properly and contain the proper documentation. 5. Maintain test equipment. Report defective test equipment to QC Manager. 1. Identify and Quarantine defective products and/or raw materials. 6. Report defects to QC Manager and/or purchasing. Fill out Non-Conformance/Discrepancy Reports. 2. Assist with inspection of Customer Returned Goods for verification of fault. Report findings to QC Manager for decision on next steps. 3. Produce weekly statistical reports for Incoming Quality Control Inspections. 4. Other duties as required Qualifications:  Electronic Engineering Technician/Technologist – Community college  Detail orientated.  Knowledge of ACCPAC 300 ERP  Fluent in English  Able to communicate with various staff members in a positive manner  Basic and general computer knowledge (Word, Excel and email communication)  Good written and oral communication skills.  Able to lift up to 50 Lbs
